一、岗位职责：
1.主导多智能体（Multi-Agent）架构设计与开发，实现智能体协同、调度、记忆与决策执行。
2.负责大模型 / 算法能力 Agent 化封装，完成工具调用、流程编排、推理链路构建与决策闭环落地。
3.参与知识库、动态推演模块开发，支撑多源异构数据融合、语义对齐与实时计算。
4.负责智能体服务部署、异步任务调度、性能优化，保障高并发、低延迟、高可靠的智能决策环境。
二、任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验，有Agent、智能体实际项目落地经验优先。
2.精通 Python，熟练使用 FastAPI/Flask，熟悉 Redis、MQ、MySQL/PostgreSQL、向量数据库等存储与中间件。
3.掌握异步编程、微服务架构，熟悉 Docker/K8s 服务部署与运维。
4.了解 LLM 应用开发，具备智能体工作流、工具调用、RAG、函数调用开发经验者优先。
5.有供应链相关经验者优先。
6.具备系统架构设计能力，可支撑高并发、高可信的智能决策基座建设。
