任职要求：
1、熟悉数控车床、车铣复合、走心机、CNC加工中心等基础加工设备；
2、熟悉CNC非标件生产流程、技术和标准，主导生产执行和改进等；
3、具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力，能够对生产过程进行有效的分析；
4、具有主导现场改善案例经验，能独立完成工厂现场改善；
5、年龄40岁以下，学历大专及以上机械类相关专业；
6、有自动线产线管理经验优先考虑。
7、前期工作地点在深圳福田总部（熟悉业务模式和企业文化），后续到韶关工厂负责生产。
