岗位职责
负责跟进维护客户全流程（售前 / 售中 / 售后），提供深度、主动式服务，挖掘并创造客户价值；
依据部门销售目标，制定产品销售策略、编制销售计划并落地执行，对负责客户的销售业绩及增长结果负责；
推广公司业务线产品及增值服务项目，挖掘客户潜在订单需求，提升客户在我司的订单份额；
收集客户需求与市场动态，协调公司内外部资源推动内部流程优化，提升客户体验，为产品方向决策提供支持；
协助团队日常业务管理事宜（如业务流程梳理、新人基础业务带教等）；
完成团队或业务需求下的其他工作安排。
任职资格
本科及以上学历，商务英语、国际贸易、电子相关专业优先；
英专需达到专四及以上水平，非英专需英语四级及以上，具备熟练的英文信函书写能力，口语良好；
具备 1 年及以上项目推进 / 管理相关经验，有外贸行业销售经验者优先；
熟悉国际贸易流程，有 PCB/SMT 电子行业或机械 / 电气零部件从业经验者优先录取；
做事认真细致，主动性强，具备较强的沟通协调能力、谈判技巧及客户服务意识；
具备销售目标管理能力，责任心、学习能力突出，抗压能力强；
适配内部培养方向，有意愿成长为储备干部，承接核心业务与团队协助管理工作
PS：岗位试用期三个月，试用期公司赋能新员工+全流程带教+实操，转正后开始早中班排班，两周轮换一次，大小周模式！早班：9-18，中班：13：30-22点，期间休息90分钟，中班补贴75
