岗位职责：
1.全面负责协调项目的法务方面工作，从制定合同到策略实施；
2.协商投标条款并确定与合同条款相关的可能风险和机会领域；探索合同解决方案和替代方案，以*大限度地降低风险并优化商业阶段合同谈判期间的机会；
3.与法务团队合作，确保项目的所有商业和合同方面都按照客户合同的要求得到妥善管理；
4.负责法务尽调，组织尽调第三方，完成尽调报告；
5.经常在项目管理团队和法务团队之间沟通，以管理分包商、合作伙伴、客户和公司之间的合同。
任职要求：
1.具有10年以上工作经验（石油和天然气、船舶、海工行业），具有法学相关专业背景；
2.熟悉国际贸易、国际投融资等法律法规，具有法律职业资格、律师执业资格优先；
3.具有FPSO项目经验，熟悉FPSO市场所在国或者船东所在国的法律和风险；
4.具有国际纠纷谈判经验，具备优秀的合同起草和谈判技巧；
5.中、英文说写流利，能处理机密敏感问题，遵守法律法规和公司准则，有在EPC项目中船厂工作经验者更佳。
