任职资格：
1、5年以上Java开发经验，扎实的计算机基础。
2、精通Java生态，包括但不限于理解JVM原理、熟练使用Spring全家桶 (Spring Boot/Cloud) 及设计模式、掌握多线程编程、并发工具包及分布式锁实现。
3、熟悉微服务架构 (Dubbo/Spring Cloud
Alibaba)及服务治理方面的实践经验。
4、掌握分布式中间件(Kafka、Redis、Nacos)
5、精通表结构设计、关系型数据库的素引优化、慢查询分析。
6、熟悉至少一种列式或者时序数据库的使用和调优。
7、有云原生 (K8s/Docker）和CI/ CD(jenkins)的使用经验优先。
8、了解机器学习方面的常用算法，有实际落地的应用项目优先。
