4. 对人工智能领域有浓厚兴趣和深入理解，熟悉大语言模型原理及应用场景，有智能体(Agent)开发经验，熟悉工具链集成和 Vibe Coding 等前沿技术;
5.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，对新技术保持开放心态，具备持续学习的热情和能力;
