主要职责：
1、负责智能客服系统开发与优化：主导智能客服系统的设计、开发与优化，包括意图识别、实体抽取、多轮对话管理、知识库检索等核心模块，优化对话引擎性能，降低响应延迟，提升问题解决率与用户满意度；
2、负责公司大模型知识库的整体架构设计，包括数据采集、清洗、存储、检索等模块的开发与优化，设计并实现非结构化数据（如产品手册、售后文档、行业报告）的自动化解析与结构化处理流程；
3、基于大模型（如Deepseek，ChatGPT、Llama、Qwen）开发检索增强生成（RAG）系统，提升知识库的智能问答能力；
任职要求：
1. 计算机、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历，
2. 至少2年以上AI相关工作经验，有成功的项目经验者优先；
3. 熟练掌握FastAPI框架，具备构建高并发、分布式后端服务的实战经验。
4、熟悉Deepseek，ChatGPT、langchain、llama、qwen、向量存储、chroma、embedding、知识库检索等大模型及框架使用、开发、部署方法；
5. 具有LangChain或其他Agent框架（如langgraph，Agno，Crewai）的实际项目经验，了解主流大模型（LLM）的集成与应用。
6. 扎实的编程基础，良好的系统设计能力和代码规范。
7. 具备出色的逻辑分析、解决问题和团队协作能力。
8. 具备良好的面向对象编程思想，注重代码结构和模块化设计。
9. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神和强烈的责任心。
10. 具有优秀的问题分析、定位和解决能力。
11. 有智能客服系统、对话机器人相关的AI项目开发经验优先。
12. 拥有量化交易系统、金融数据分析或策略回测平台的开发经验优先。
