2. 熟悉后端框架技术(主：Java / 副：Golang)；
3. 熟悉前述语言的应用框架，如缓存、队列、服务注册与服务发现、配置中心、服务降级，并了解其中原理，研究过核心模块源代码/分析过框架的缺陷；
4. 有实际的产品技术架构经验，能绘制泳道图、设计图，并能自己完成关键技术框架，并带领团队完成后续工作实施；
5. 理解 TCP/IP，HTTP，HTTPS，WeWebSocket 通讯协议；
6. 对专业的发布流程有明确的认知并喜好完善文档与指导团队；
7. 有明确的性能验证并优化的实操经验；
8. 在后端产品、技术、工程等方面有深入思考和中长期的产品/技术视野，对技术架构演进有清晰、成熟的思路；
9. 有一定的产品思维，能够在技术上为产品方向做架构储备，依据产品功能在架构上进行清晰建模，从架构层次保证产品迭代的平滑；
10. 具备较强的英文听说读写能力者优先；
11. 良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，严谨、踏实的工作态度与高质量意识，良好的抗压能力；
12. 具备主动、积极、诚信等良好基础人格特质。
职位任务
1. 负责后端相关的技术规划和系统架构设计；
2. 负责搭建后端框架、通用组件方案制定、性能优化等相关工作；
3. 维护和升级本地开发环境，提高开发效率，提升开发质量；
4. 推动后端工程化，自动化和工具化建设；制定前端开发规范，并编制相关文档；
5. 配合参与部分后端公共技术的沉淀，新技术新方案的预研和落地。
