岗位职责：
1、工艺开发与优化：参与新工艺、新材料导入，解决从实验室到量产的瓶颈。能独立开发、改进喷涂工艺，通过试验优化参数（压力、距离、速度、厚度），解决涂层厚度控制及缺陷分析（橘皮、流挂、气泡、色差、附着力不足等），提升效率、良率，降低能耗，主导工艺降本。
2、工艺文件编制：熟悉行业质量标准，掌握喷涂材料（聚脲、聚氨酯等）检测方法。能独立编制工艺文件（SOP、检验标准）、PPAP文件、FMEA文件，推动工艺持续改进。
3、设备操作与维护：熟练操作喷枪及相关喷涂设备，具备日常维护与故障排查能力。参与新产线方案选址落地、新设备选型、调试与验收，指定设备操作规范文件。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，材料科学与工程、化学工程与工艺、金属材料、机械等相关专业；
2、 3-5年以上喷涂工艺相关工作经验，掌握各类喷涂材料的配方及相关性能测试等熟悉聚脲、聚氨酯材料优先；
3、具备量产工艺导入、工艺优化经验者优先；
3、熟练使用CAD或其它三维制图软件。
