一、岗位职责：
1、研发与设计：
负责产品研发前期调研，参与产品方案制定与系统电气设计。
完成原理图设计、PCB设计、元件选型及软件程序设计。
2、全流程开发：
承担项目研发工作，包括技术调研、原材料采购、产品设计、风险评估及产品验证。
负责产品的软硬件联调、验证及整体功能测试。
3、文档与合规：
编写研发相关技术文件，包括风险管理报告、受控文件等。
参与风险管理活动，确保研发过程符合体系要求。
4、生产与改进：
参与试生产及相关实验测试，支持产品转产。
参与公司现有产品的技术改进与升级。
5、其他：完成领导交办的其他工作。
二、任职要求：
1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、计算机、生物医学工程、通信工程等相关专业。
2、工作经验：1-3年以上嵌入式软硬件开发经验，如果有医疗器械完整产品研发流程经验者优先考虑。
3、硬件能力：
能独立完成原理图设计、PCB Layout及元件选型。
熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表等调试设备。
4、软件能力：
精通C/C++编程，具备良好的代码规范。
熟悉ARM Cortex-M系列单片机（如STM32）开发，掌握常用外设驱动（UART、SPI、I2C、ADC、PWM等）。
了解至少一种RTOS（FreeRTOS、RT-Thread等）。
5、文档与体系：
能编写研发技术文档（设计说明、测试报告、风险管理文档等）。
了解医疗器械开发流程或ISO13485体系者优先。
6、其他：
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
能够独立承担项目开发任务，具备问题分析与解决能力。
