一、岗位职责
1. 临床试验中心的协调工作（包括研究项目主要研究者.研究者.辅助科室.临床机构，第三方CRO、CRC等各方关系）；
2. 监督递交中心/分中心伦理，获得伦理批件；召开启动会，培训研究者等工作的顺利开展；
3. 临床试验中的全面监查管理，按照GCP及公司SOP的要求执行监查工作并保质保量按时完成，及时递交真实反映试验情况的监查报告（包括中心情况.试验进度和质量.病例报告表填写情况.试验用品使用.不良事件和严重不良事件.原始资料填写等各方面情况）；
4. 临床试验进度的跟进.文件管理，按时间表要求完成试验的启动.执行及结束工作；
5. 参与临床研究中心及研究者的筛选；参与方案讨论会；参与临床试验资料（研究者手册.试验方案.知情同意书.病例报告表.受试者日记等）的讨论及制定；
6. 对接管理研究者，并能与研究者进行充分沟通，共同协商.妥善解决问题，确保数据真实准确.完整无误；
7. 在医学经理和项目经理的指导下开展工作，并向医学经理和项目经理进行工作汇报；
8. 完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
二、岗位要求
1. 有医疗器械临床试验经验（3年）者优先。
2. 临床医学、药学本科学历背景者优先。
3. 有医学文件检索能力者优先。
4. 能适应出差。
