一、核心职责

二、任职资格
1.3 年以上 Python 开发经验，熟悉 Python 3.11+，精通至少一个 Web 框架（FastAPI/Django/Flask）。
2.熟练使用 PostgreSQL/MySQL 及 Redis/MongoDB，掌握异步编程（asyncio）及 SQL 优化。
3.熟悉云原生技术栈：Docker、Kubernetes（K8s），了解服务网格或云平台（AWS/阿里云等）基本组件。
4.具备微服务实践经验，掌握消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）及缓存设计。
5.熟练使用 Git、Linux 命令、ORM（SQLAlchemy/DjangoM），具备日志/监控/告警系统使用经验。
