职责描述：

1.负责完成产品业务逻辑的设计和开发；

2.负责完成产品的后端系统架构设计；

3.负责后端开发团队的管理工作，编制开发计划，控制需求开发进度及质量;

4.根据产品的规划进行需求分析细化，进行功能设计开发;

5.优化产品性能，完善产品功能，解决研发过程中的关键问题和技术难题;

6.根据业务的发展，提前进行技术的预研;

7.负责产品后端的核心代码的编写，对团队其他成员的代码进行review。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；5年以上Python工作经验。

2. 熟悉python的主流开发框架及Linux环境。

3. 能够独立完成软件产品的平台架构设计、算法模块和应用功能开发。

4. 有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发及调优经验。

5. 五年以上大规模软件系统的研发工作经验，有APP类产品开发经验者优先。

6. 熟悉算法的优先录取。

专业技能或能力：

1. 具备良好的问题分析解决能力，能独立承担任务并把控任务进度。

2. 责任心强，良好的沟通和团队协作能力，热爱技术，热爱思考。
