岗位职责
1. 负责生产实验设备、公用工程、废水、医废危废设施的日常巡检、保养、检修，建立运维台账，保障设备正常运行。
2. 快速处理设备故障，落实危险作业防护，处置设备突发事故，做好预防整改。
3. 对接医废危废处置单位，负责分类、转运、台账核对，确保全流程合规可追溯。
4. 负责EHS管控，维护安全与环保设施，排查隐患，确保废水达标、合规排放。
5. 制定预防性维护计划，参与设备技改优化，完善运维与EHS资料，配合培训及监管检查。
任职要求
1. 高中及以上，机电、机械、环境工程等相关专业，生物医药背景优先。
2. 2年以上设备运维经验，制药行业经验优先，有电工/焊工证优先。
3. 熟悉设备维修与故障处理，掌握废水、医废危废处置规范及EHS要求。
4. 责任心强，具备应急处置与沟通能力，能适应现场作业与抢修。
