You will make an impact by:
Optimize current manufacturing process of various fiber connecttermination to improve efficiency, quality yield decrease cost
Develop new process to fit automated manufacturing
Manage machine developing building process, provide technical support to global plants
test plan fnew process, new tools new automated machine
Prepare submit manufacturing reports as required
Assist automation engineer fthe new machine, tools prototype validation
working instruction procedure fnew process automated machine
Gathering cost details in analysis of financial performance of new process automated machine
Required Qualification Experience
Bachelor’s higher degree in fiber optics, physics engineering related
5+ years working experience at fiber connecttermination plant
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading writing
Familiar with SPC tools Minitab software
Familiar with single fiber multi-fiber(MPO) connecttermination process
Familiar with fiber termination machine such as polisher, interferometer, optical tester….
Familiar with IEC GR testing procedure of fiber optics connectors
Have strong capability experience of fiber optics connectfailure analysis
Open mind to discuss the issues & get a deal.
Self-Motivated, high sense of responsibility personal integrity
Positive work attitude good communication skill team spirit.
Good communication presentation skills both in English Chinese
