任职要求：
1. 技术能力
精通Python编程语言，深入理解面向对象设计、数据结构与算法。
熟练掌握Web框架（如Django、Fast API），具备RESTful API设计与开发经验。
熟悉关系型数据库（如MySQL）及非关系型数据库，具备数据库性能优化能力。
熟悉windows、linux平台的开发和部署。
2. 经验要求
硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Python后端开发经验。
主导过中大型后台系统架构设计或核心模块开发者。
熟悉容器化技术（如Docker、K8s）或云服务（AWS/Azure/阿里云）。
掌握大数据技术栈：Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka等分布式框架，以及Hive、HBase等数据存储工具优先。
有ERP、MES、MOM等管理系统开发经验优先。
有信创平台开发经验优先。
3. 综合素质
具备良好的沟通协作能力，能高效参与跨团队技术方案讨论。
