岗位职责
NPI体系与项目管理
从0到1搭建并完善功率模块NPI流程与管理体系。
主导新产品试产导入，制定项目计划，统筹设计验证、工艺验证至量产验证全流程，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付。
代工合作与供应链管理（当前重点）
基于技术路线评估、遴选并管理外部功率模块代工厂。
作为公司技术窗口，负责技术转移、工艺对接与问题解决，确保代工产品符合车规级质量要求。
主导代工产品的质量评审、良率提升及成本优化。
自建产线规划（未来重点）
规划自制产线的工艺路线、技术要求和设备选型方案。
深耕贴片、键合、灌封/凝胶、端子连接、激光焊接等核心工艺，为自建产线提供技术输入，并负责核心工艺的预研与储备。
技术决策与质量保证
评估不同功率模块（特别是碳化硅模块）结构及工艺路线的技术优劣，输出可制造性建议。
确保制造活动符合IATF 16949等车规体系，主导客户审核与体系认证。
任职要求
必备经验与技能
本科及以上，材料、微电子、电力电子、机械工程等相关专业。
5年以上功率模块NPI或工艺工程经验，熟悉全部或核心制造工艺。
精通转移molding、硅凝胶填充、烧结银、双面散热等常见结构及工艺路线，能清晰阐述其技术差异、优劣及适用场景。
深入理解碳化硅模块较IGBT在结构、工艺及应用上的关键差异（如高频、高温、低电感带来的工艺挑战）。
丰富的车规级制造体系（IATF 16949）实战经验，熟练运用APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC等工具。
出色的沟通协调、项目管理能力及团队领导潜力。
优先条件
有功率模块产线搭建、设备选型或原材料供应商开发经验。
有外协代工厂成功合作经验。
深入了解碳化硅模块供应链（设备、原材料）。
有从代工模式向自制模式过渡的项目经验。
