2、熟悉高压、大电流工控板布线规则，独立完成强弱电隔离、EMC、散热、安规布局优化，解决PCB设计中的干扰、串扰、温升等问题；
3、配合硬件工程师完成产品方案评审、样板调试、问题整改，跟进打样、贴片、量产全过程，输出PCB设计文档、工艺文件、改版说明；
4、持续优化PCB设计方案，提升产品稳定性、降低生产成本，适配批量生产需求；
5、配合研发团队完成新产品迭代、老产品升级改版，落地各类设计规范。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子、电气、微电子等相关专业，3年以上变频器/工控电源PCB Layout专职设计经验；
2、熟练使用Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS等主流PCB设计软件，精通多层板、高压板布局布线工艺；
3、熟悉变频器硬件架构、功率器件（IGBT、MOS管）布线规范，了解EMC电磁兼容、安规标准、散热设计要点；
4、熟悉PCB生产、SMT贴片工艺，可独立规避生产工艺风险，具备问题排查和整改能力；
5、工作严谨细致，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能高效配合研发调试落地项目。
