岗位职责：
1、负责Google / FaceBook 等海外平台广告投放，监控广告的实际投放效果，及时发现问题，提出并执行优化策略
2、从广告投放角度，精准把控视频、文案、关键词等素材，提出制作及优化建议
3、为独立站运营团队提供网站优化、选品、促销策略等建议，共同配合提高销售转化
4、熟悉 Google Ad 系统各种广告类型的操作,包含 Display, Search, Shopping, Re-marketing, DSA 以及其他新的广告类型等,并精通其中两种及以上
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，对新信息、新技术接受能力极强
2、至少1年海外 Google、FaceBook、TikTok 或者任一海外广告投放平台实操经验
3、熟悉并掌握广告投放流程、搜索引擎竞价原理，能够根据产品特性找到精准推广方法
4、英文写作能力良好，能自主完成地道的广告文案，数据逻辑思维能力良好，有家具品类投放经验优先
5、熟悉国外部分社交媒体，如 Facebook, Pinterest，Ins
6、会基本HTML, CSS 等网页技术优先
7、数学、统计学、计算机相关专业优先，并可放低部分要求
