岗位职责：
- 负责生产订单全流程执行、全生命周期操作管控：订单创建、释放、下达、确认、领料/消耗、完工入库、订单关闭，确保系统数据与现场实物一致；
- 负责生产数据精准管控，确保系统数据与实际生产数据一致；
- 实时监控订单进度（开工/在制/完工/异常），跟踪WIP（在制品）流转，提前识别交付风险并向上级领导预警，协同相关环节制定应对方案，保障订单按期交付；
- 精准采集、核对、车间现场数据：产量、工时、不良品率、报废、物料消耗、设备OEE，确保数据真实、完整、及时，为生产计划调整、财务成本核算提供准确数据支撑；
- 主导生产异常闭环：质量不良、设备故障、物料短缺、工时偏差、成本差异等，组织供应链相关环节（采购、仓储）及车间团队快速复盘、根因分析、制定改善措施并跟踪落地，杜绝重复发生，保障供应链稳定性；
- 协同采购、仓储、计划、生产，确保生产计划落地、交付准时、成本可控、流程合规；
- 完成上级安排的其它工作。

职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历，机械、材料相关专业；
- 三年以上生产计划相关经验；
- 良好的沟通表达能力；
- 良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
- 责任心强，认真细致，能积极主动承担各项工作；
- 熟悉Word、Excel和PPT等办公软件；
- 英语四级及以上，具备工作英语读写能力。
