【岗位职责】
1.负责AI Agent系统建设，包括架构设计、工作流编排、系统实现及上线运行
2.设计并实现基于LLM的智能体架构，包括任务规划(Planning)、工具调用(ToolCalling)、记忆管理(Memory)与反馈机制(Reflection)
3.负责RAG系统设计与优化，构建高质量知识检索能力(向量检索、召回优化、重排序等)
4.封装系统能力为标准化Tool(如数据查询、接口调用、自动化操作等)，供Agent调用
5.设计Agent运行监控与评估体系，包括成功率、延迟、Token消耗、幻觉率等指标
6.持续跟进AI技术发展(LLM、RAG、Agent框架等)，并推动技术在业务中的落地应用;

【任职资格】
任职要求：
1、计算机、数学、人工智能等相关专业毕业,本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
2、扎实的开发能力(Python/TypeScript至少一种)，具备良好的系统设计能力。
3、熟悉LLM基本原理及应用(Prompt设计、上下文管理、Token控制等)。
4、理解Agent基本架构(任务规划/工具调用/记忆/多步骤执行)。
5、具备良好的问题拆解能力，能将复杂业务转化为可执行流程。
