岗位职责：
1、售后客户投诉问题追踪处理，协助客户完成相关产品的开发，生产；
2、产品说明与推广展示，协助销售完成新产品的推广，对客户提供售前售后对外的技术窗口，包括技术答疑、软硬件波形解决问题，涉及到设计原理请教RD以及技术培训服务，并对并对客户端技术文件讲解，包括售前推广、售后技术问题解答；
3、总结工作中遇到的问题和解决的方法，及时反馈给销售和研发部门，并建立经验教训手册；
4、在新产品开发时和量产产品升级时依据市场及客户需求动态对设计工程师提出产品开发建议及意见；
5、客户售后反馈产品异常波形的优化；
6、产品售前的软件驱动及内部软件标准化工作，规格书电子技术部分编写、客户端demo程序及参考代码（涉及到全新的可以请教RD）；
7、参与对产品标准的建立及评估。
任职要求：
1、电子类相关专业；
2、有2年以上同岗位工作经验，有液晶显示行业FAE经验优先；
4、熟悉单片机或嵌入式软件，具备软硬件综合分析能力；
5、具有良好的自我分析及积极解决问题的能力；
6、能承受一定的抗压能力，能接受出差。
