职责描述：
1、根据公司产品技术应用和客户市场要求，协助规划组织制定公司技术革新、产品开发、工艺规范、技术团队建设的中短期规划，并付诸于实施。
2、负责新产品的开发落实和相关协调工作。
3、负责产品优化项目，处理产品在市场应用中发生的常见故障。
4、负责产品选型、技术协议及标书的编制。
5、负责与终端用户进行技术交流。
6、负责设计的产品跟踪试制，积极解决生产中出现的问题。
7、负责技术工艺的标准化推进工作，提升产品生产效率和产品质量。
8、收集积累产品和技术发展经验，持续改进产品性能。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，流体机械、机电一体化、机械相关专业毕业。
2、具有工业泵类产品设计、研发、工艺工作不低于3年，有项目负责人经验优先。
3、熟悉泵及相关部件结构设计；能熟练使用绘图软件，如AutoCAD、Solidworks、UG、等计算机辅助设计软件。
4、有丰富、扎实的流体机械设计理论基础；熟悉工业泵在不同的使用工况下各种机封材质的科学选择；工作严谨务实，能够进行较好的工作沟通。
6、有较强的创新能力；工作严谨务实，具有团队协作精神。
