岗位职责：
负责 Android 原生应用的开发与维护，保障性能、稳定性及用户体验；
参与基于 Flutter 的多端应用开发（Android / iOS），推动业务快速迭代；
参与 Android 与 Flutter 混合开发架构设计与落地；
负责应用性能优化与稳定性建设（启动速度、渲染、内存等）；
参与硬件设备接入与联调（如蓝牙设备：体重秤、屈光仪、腰围尺等）；
负责前后端接口联调，与后端协作完成数据交互与问题排查；
参与应用打包、发布及版本迭代，保障顺利上线；
持续优化代码质量与工程化能力（组件化、规范化等）；

任职要求：
全日制本科（一本优先）；有一定抗压能力；可接受偶尔出差；
3年以上 Android 原生开发经验，基础扎实（重点）；
具备 Flutter 实际项目经验，熟悉 Dart 及 Flutter 框架；
具备 Android + Flutter 混合开发经验（重点要求）；
熟悉 Android 常用框架及工具（如 Retrofit、OkHttp、Gradle 等）；
具备性能优化经验（卡顿、内存、启动优化等优先）；
有蓝牙或硬件设备接入经验优先（如 BLE 通信）；
具备良好的前后端协作能力，能独立完成接口联调；
具备良好的代码规范、责任心及团队协作能力；
适应一定强度的开发节奏（可接受加班），可在1周内到岗优先；
能接受出差（加分项）；
有前端 Web / 微信小程序 / 公众号开发经验优先；
有完整 App 项目经验，投递需附项目说明或截图（体现实际开发能力）；
