负责完成现场质量检验、质量监控及结果上报工作。严格执行岗位操作规范，对生产产品质量负责。

工作职责
1. 负责完成现场质量检验、质量监控及结果上报工作。严格执行岗位操作规范，对生产产品质量负责。
2. 依据产品控制要求，完成采样及检测，严格按标准控制产品的各项质量指标并及时做好相应记录，日常检测如发生检测值偏离要及时与生产沟通，跟进处理、复测。
3. 生产有异常情况发生时，按《流水线品控异常情况操作程序》处理。无法做出判断的，及时与当班组长汇报。
4. 跟进落实消毒计划，完成监控检测项目。
5. 完成交接班工作，并做好交接班记录。
6. 负责实验室设施及实验仪器的日常清洁维护、校验工作。
7. 生产换品种或故障停机而需要开机的，按《关于开机检测的规定》操作；任何停机事件，都必须注明原因及停机时间，详细记录在当日报表，并及时向当班组长汇报。
8. 检查仪器设备的工作情况，如有损坏或异常，应及时报修或向组长汇报，作好记录。
9. 完成领导交办的其他任务

基本要求
1. 中专及以上，食品、医药等相关专业优先
2. 2年以上食品行业跟线检测相关经验，熟悉掌握质量管理标准和国家有关产品法律和法规
3. 电脑应用技术熟练
4. 有食品检验上岗证及健康证
5. 适应翻班（12H制，做四休二）
