岗位职责：
1、负责牵头模拟CMOS、RF CMOS、BCD工艺平台PDK规划与建设。
2、基于工艺制程的要求开发不同EDA工具（Cadence，Synopsys，ADS)的工艺PDK，并进行质量验证。
3、基于工艺制程的要求开发数字库（Digital Library)，输入输出单元库(IO Library)，并进行质量验证。
4、与内部其他部门和技术团队合作，建立PDK和数字库的标准制作程序，提高开发PDK的效率和质量。
5、与内部及外部客户沟通交流，密切协作，及时解决PDK和数字库相关的技术问题。
6、根据技术规划，负责团队建设与培养，培养年轻PDK工程师。

岗位任职条件：
1、电子科学与技术，集成电路设计，微电子学相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备8年以上PDK或数字库开发及验证经验；
3、了解半导体工艺制程，器件原理，以及集成电路设计，数字前端和后端；
4、丰富的EDA工具使用经验，包括：Cadence Virtuoso Spectre Innovus，MentCalibre，Synopsys Hspice, DC，ICC, StarRC，Siliconsmart等；
5、熟练使用UNIX系统以及Shell Scripting，Cadence Skill等编程语言。
