3、数据处理管道：千亿 token 量级语料的预处理、清洗、去重、Tokenize 与版本管理
4、CI/CD 与模型版本管理：基于 MLflow / Weights & Biases 的实验追踪与模型版本治理
5、端侧推理部署：模型蒸馏、量化、ONNX/TensorRT 转换与边缘部署"
岗位要求
1、本科 + 3-5 年或硕士 + 2 年，分布式系统 / AI Infra 方向
2、熟练掌握 PyTorch / DeepSpeed / vLLM / Triton；有大模型训练 / 推理实战经验
3、熟悉 K8s / Docker / MLflow / Ray 等 ML 工程工具链
4、H100 / H800 / A100 / 昇腾运维经验；千亿 token 语料处理经验优先
5、能够独立把训练 / 推理 / 数据三个方向产品化"
