岗位职责：
1. 参与AI数字人直播后端服务平台的架构的开发；
2. 负责服务平台核心逻辑代码的开发；
3. 负责后端服务平台数据库的设计和优化；
4. 配合其他工程师，进行相关算法的工程化封装和调试部署；
5. 保证服务端的稳定性、可扩展性、安全性和效率。

岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Python开发经验
2.Python基础扎实，工程化能力强，熟悉常用Python开源框架，如fastapi, sqlalchemy, pandas, requests等，熟悉常用组件mysql,redis, es等。
3.具备Ai coding的能力，使用过claude code, codex, cursor的优先考虑
