岗位职责：
1、规划制定并实施EHS管理体系，确保符合国家和行业法规。定期更新EHS政策、程序和标准；
2、识别、评估和控制生产中的EHS风险，制定应急预案并组织演练；
3、开展EHS培训和宣传活动，提升员工的安全和环保意识；
4、定期检查EHS执行情况，提出改进建议，跟踪整改措施，确保问题及时解决；
5、调查EHS事故，分析原因并制定预防措施，编制事故项目报告，负责项目执行过程与各部门人员的沟通和协调工作；
6、监督环保设施运行，确保达标排放，监控职业健康风险，提供防护建议；
7、确保公司EHS工作符合法律法规，协助应对政府检查，提供相关文件。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程、化学工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上EHS管理经验，熟悉制造业工厂安全管理要求，汽车零部件行业优先；
3、熟悉EHS法律法规及行业标准，掌握风险评估和事故调查方法；
4、具备EHS管理体系建立与维护能力，良好的沟通协调和培训能力；
5、持有注册安全工程师、环境管理体系内审员等证书者优先。
