岗位职责:
1、负责较为复杂的系统分析。主导完成系统的概设、详设和编码的工作；
2、负责技术攻关;
3、负责对架构、性能、规范持续性优化;
4、对系统规划提出建议和实施方案，持续完善项目的整体结构、自动化运维监控结构。
任职要求:
【技术能力】
精通 Java 编程语言，深入理解面向对象编程、多线程、集合框架、异常处理等核心知识。熟练掌握Spring 全家桶(Spring Boot、Spring Cloud)、MyBatis 等常用框架。熟悉关系型数据库(如 MySQL、Oracle 等)的设计、开发和优化，熟练掌握 SQL 语言。熟悉微服务架构，熟悉相关技术(如 Dubbo、gRPC 等)和框架(如 Spring Cloud)。熟悉 Redis，Es 等缓存技术，以及 Kafka、RabbitMQ 等消息队列的使用.熟悉 Docker、Kubernetes 等容器化技术,熟练使用 Git、SVN 等版本控制系统。

具备良好的沟通能力，能够与团队成员、产品经理等有效沟通；
业务理解能力强，能快速理解产品需求；
能够独立分析和解决开发过程中遇到的问题，具备良好的故障排查和调试能力。
