岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司消防安全管理工作，制定并落实消防安全制度、应急预案及操作规程。
2、组织绘制、审核与更新安全疏散图、消防设施布局图，确保图纸准确、完整且符合规范。
3、统筹消防报警、喷淋、灭火器、应急照明等安全系统的日常巡检、维保与故障处理。
4、负责基建维修项目的全流程管理，涵盖方案设计、施工监管、竣工验收及资料归档。
5、协调内外部施工单位，把控工程质量、施工进度与项目成本，保障作业安全。
6、组织开展环境影响评价（环评）工作，编制或审核环评报告及相关申报材料。
7、跟踪环保法规动态，确保废水、废气、固废、噪声等排放达标，推动绿色合规运营。
8、建立并维护安全管理档案与设备台账，配合政府检查、第三方审计及整改闭环。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，消防工程、土木工程、环境工程等相关专业优先；
2、有3年安全、消防、基建或环境管理相关工作经验；
3、熟悉国家消防、建筑、环保相关法律法规及技术标准；
4、有独立安全系统图的能力；
5、有园区、工厂等项目经验者优先。
