【工作职责】
1.负责新能源汽车绝缘材料的新产品导入全流程管理，统筹从试产到量产的节点推进与交付；
2.主导跨部门协作，协调研发、生产、品质等部门解决生产过程中的技术瓶颈与工艺异常；
3.制定并优化NPI阶段的生产作业指导书、BOM清单及物料需求计划，确保数据准确无误；
4.监控试产进度与质量指标，组织阶段性评审会议，输出问题清单并追踪闭环整改结果；
5.建立新产品导入标准化流程体系，持续推动生产效率，提升与制造成本优化；
6.跟踪行业技术发展趋势与竞品动态，引入前沿技术与工艺，为公司产品战略提供技术支持。
【任职要求】
1.大专及以上学历，材料科学、机械工程或工业工程等相关专业者优先；
2.熟悉新产品开发全流程，具备3年及以上汽车零部件厂NPI开发管理经验；
3.熟悉APQP、PPAP等质量管理流程及IATF16949或VDA6.3审核体系要求；
4.熟练掌握ERP、用友系统及Office办公软件，具备较强的数据分析与文档撰写能力；
5.拥有优秀的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能适应工厂现场工作环境及必要的出差安排；
6.工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的团队领导力及突发事件应急处理技巧。
