岗位职责:
1.负责B/S架构下的微服务设计与开发;
2.负责高可用、高并发系统的接口设计与开发，保障系统稳定性和性能优化;
3.参与产品设计决策及团队研发体系建设，提供技术评估，提升团队效率和技术能力;
4.负责Linux环境下的项目部署、配置和维护;
5.熟悉国内外大模型(DeepSeek/gwen/Gemini等)使用，能够借助通义灵码、Trae、Cursor等工具辅助编程，快速高效开发行业应用;
6.能够对项目组技术人员进行技术培训，负责整理和组织编写应用开发相关设计规范,输出相关技术于应用开发文档。
任职资格:
1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.熟练使用SpringBoot, SpringCloud，熟悉JVM原理、多线程编程，并具有高性能调优的实际经验;
3.熟悉MySQL、Redis、RabbitMQ等数据库和中间件;
4.熟悉RESTful API设计和开发;
5.熟练使用Vue.js及相关生态；
6.具备前端界面设计能力，熟悉HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript;
7.熟练掌握SQL语言，能够进行数据库设计、表结构设计、索引优化等;
8.熟悉Linux环境下的开发和部署，熟悉常用的Linux操作系统指令;
9.具备较强的问题排查与分析能力;
10.掌握分布式系统理论，熟悉Docker容器化技术;
11.有深度学习/机器学习等项目经验者优先。
