1.精通Python语言特性，熟悉python异步编程，具备良好的代码规范与设计能力；
2.熟练掌握Spark/PySpark开发，能够高效处理大规模数据集；
3.熟悉Hadoop生态系统，能够进行集群部署及调优；
4.熟悉常用的机器学习模型统计分析方法；
5.掌握RAG和agent技术；
6.有深度学习框架使用经验者、大模型开发经验者优先；
7.熟悉广义线性模型（GLM）等精算领域常用方法者优先。
