岗位职责：
1、负责所有生产用进厂物料的质量评价和放行；
2、负责所有中间产品和待包装产品的质量评价与放行；
3、负责所有生产成品的质量评价；
4、确保接收的物料为QA已批准的供应商所提供；
5、确保在产品放行前，所有批生产记录和检验记录已经过审核；
6、负责批检验记录的审核，对检验结果、原始材料的及时性、真实性负责；
7、按照SOP要求对实验室电子数据进行定期上机审核；
8、参与实验室异常和超标结果的调查；
9、负责处理与产品退回有关的工作，初步评价退回的产品，提出建议采取的措施，包括用户投诉审核、留样检查、相关生产记录审查以及要求的重新检验；
10、负责稳定性试验方案、报告及附属记录的审核和管理；负责风险评估等评估类报告的审核和管理；
11、负责对药品追溯信息管理，对外部、内部质量信息进行收集、分析、传递、利用，并结合公司实际经营情况，实施管控药品质量风险；
12、负责部分通则类及QA标准管理规程的起草、审核；
13、负责QC标准规程、质量标准、检验方法及原始记录等其他待生效GMP文件的审核；
