参与“机器人终端 + Web 前端”的后端开发与运维。面向 Linux 环境，负责对外 API、设备侧接口对接与基础数据服务，支持前端页面与机器人端稳定运行。

核心职责
• 设计与实现后端 API（REST/gRPC），支撑网页与机器人端的交互
• 编排与调度机器人高层任务，封装已有 C++ 控制接口的 Python 调用
• 数据建模与存储：关系数据与基础时序/日志数据的读写与迁移
• 系统可观测性与稳定性：指标、日志、追踪与告警的落地
• Linux 生产环境部署与运维，含服务化、权限与基础安全

任职要求
• 熟练使用 Python 3.10+，掌握 FastAPI（或等价框架）、异步编程与类型标注
• 了解 gRPC/Proto 与 REST 设计，具备接口契约与版本治理意识
• 熟悉数据库基础：PostgreSQL/MySQL 其一，懂 SQL 优化与迁移（Alembic 等）
• 掌握 Redis 的缓存/消息能力，理解幂等、限流与重试
• 有 Linux 环境开发与部署经验（systemd、容器化或原生部署皆可）
• 良好的工程化实践：单元/集成测试、代码评审、CI

加分项（可无）
• 有机器人/嵌入式/ROS2 或 C++ 接口对接经验
• 了解 Go，用于长连接推送或高并发入口的简单服务
• 熟悉 WebSocket/SSE、NATS/Kafka、TimescaleDB/时序库、OpenTelemetry
• 基础安全：OIDC/JWT、mTLS、RBAC/多环境发布
