Job Responsibilities:
1.根据工厂当月、周、日的具体需求、进行周、日更分析、控制原材料交付、库存的情况并及时传递信息。
2.结合工厂需求、库存状况，编制月、周、日、班的具体交付计划并及时传递异常信息。
3.结合工厂需求，对应急状况（来料异常，质量异常，客户需求大幅波动等）作出快速反应，给出效率的解决方案并及时传递信息。
4.跟踪各项目物料的交付情况，根据生产计划实时调整到货计划，避免缺料停线，协助关务进行海外件清关，协助物流做改进项目。
5.更新各类报表，分析库存状况，给出危险、潜在危险警报，超期库存零件，长期呆滞零件，缺货零件信息，及时传递信息。
6.跟踪管理供应商交付及产能情况，处理供应商产能异常状况。

Job Requirements:
1.三年以上物料计划或者采购相关工作经验。
2.熟练运用SAP系统用于计划以及熟练运用Excel表格。
3.良好的逻辑思维能力，分析判断能力及协调能力，具有优秀的计划与统筹及数据处理能力。
4.掌握关于物料需求计划的基本知识。
5.英语可以作为工作语言。
6.工作责任心强，能独立完成工作任务。
