2. 3年及以上后端或AI相关研发经验，精通Java后端开发，具备扎实的工程能力。
3. 熟悉大模型基本原理，有大模型应用开发、智能体（Agent）或对话系统经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的英文阅读能力，能独立理解海外技术文档与模型资料。
5. 有海外项目或英文技术文档协作经验者优先，有语音交互、多模态等相关经验者加分。
6. 具备较强的沟通能力与自驱力，适应快速迭代的项目节奏。
