1．本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5年后端Java开发经验，且可快速掌握新的编程语言；
2．精通 Java 编程，熟悉spring全家桶、具有良好的编码习惯；
3．熟悉 MySQL、国产数据库;
4．熟练使用 Docker/Docker Compose进行部署和管理；
5．熟练使用 Linux 常用命令和基本操作，熟悉各种软件环境的安装、部署;
6．有一定的自学自律能力、抗压能力、团队合作能力；
7．三观正，性格不冲，对工作积极向上态度，努力上进，有钻研精神。
