1、全面执行公司EHS 管理工作；
2、负责工厂日常EHS管理，现场安全生产检查，PPE管理，承包商管理工作，确保现场职业健康和环保管理符合法规要求；
3、确保ISO14001 和 ISO45001体系有效运行；
4、制定年度EHS重点工作，做好现场安全隐患整改和治理；
5、做好事故报告和调查工作，确保整改措施及时完成；
6、认真贯彻和集团EHS战略计划和条线EHS安排的专项工作开展；
7、按时完成EHS月报，组织好月度安全会议和员工培训工作；
8、做好公司消防管理工作和易制毒、易制爆化学品管理工作；
9、建立应急响应程序，并定期进行演练，组织好年度安全日活动；
10、做好新、改、扩建项目EHS许可工作，与相关政府部门做好EHS问题沟通和落实。
三、政府事务：
1、经公司书面授权，负责与相关政府进行日常沟通、参加会议、培训和现场检查等对接工作，确保政府和法规要求能够在公司有效执行；
2、将政府要求传达给公司相关部门，确保检查问题及时整改。
四、任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 化工安全类，注册安全工程师资格或中级以上化工安全职称；
3. 3年以上化工/制造业EHS 管理经验；
4. 良好的沟通协调和计划能力；
5. 有管理团队的经验；
6. 结果导向和执行力；
