Key accountabilities:
1. Responsible fsupply chain activities fromder entry to delivery.
2. Act as the main interface between customer internal to ensure
customersder delivery.
3. Properly handle related requirements arose from serving the responsible customers.
4. Maintain internal external report data accuracy.
5. Maintain customer relationships, develop implement customer service plans, improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. College degree of above
2. 3 years more working experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, SCM related areas, supply chain background is preferred.
3. Office software operation proficiency, preferably with data processing / billing statement analysis experience
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Good written, verbal, presentation skills in English Chinese
6. Ability to work independently
7. A team player with high level of personal integrity
