任职要求：
1.参与软件产品项目规划工作，制定具体项目实施方案；

4.对现有的技术框架进行优化、扩展、提出性能优化、技术改进方案；
5.独立完成技术方案或产品方案的制定；
6.参与新技术的研究，并能引入到产品开发中。
任职条件：
1.计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3~5年Java开发经验；
2.熟悉Spring体系（Spring Mvc、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（Alibaba））、MyBatis等开源框架，elasticsearch、redis、mq等常用中间件，有分布式微服务开发经验；
3.熟悉MySQL数据库，了解SQL优化，有较好的数据库设计经验，可针对业务特点优化数据库性能，有NOSQL经验；
4.掌握Linux操作系统及常用命令，掌握CI/CD方法；
5.有针对大型业务场景的经验和思维优先考虑；
6.有良好、规范的编程习惯和文档编写习惯，能承担并独立完成所分配的模块任务，并能高质量的对代码进行交付；
7.思维敏捷，逻辑思路清晰，良好的沟通、学习能力，工作认真负责，乐观，开朗，具有团队工作精神
8.有扎实的Java语言基础，了解常用的设计模式，并将设计模式运用在实际开发中.
