岗位职责
一、日常现场监督与巡查
每日对施工现场进行安全巡查，纠正违章作业，排查安全事故隐患。
二、安全教育与技术交底
协助项目负责人做好新工人入场三级安全教育、变换工种教育和节假日安全教育；参与安全技术交底工作。
三、安全设施与重大危险源管理
安全设施验收、监控重大危险源，对施工现场认定的重大危险源（如深基坑、高支模、大型起重吊装等）进行重点监控，确保专项施工方案得到严格执行，个人防护用品管理，监督、检查从业人员正确佩戴和使用安全帽、安全带、安全网等劳动防护用品。
四、消防与文明施工管理
1. 消防安全管理：负责施工现场的消防安全检查，确保消防通道畅通，消防器材配备齐全、有效。监督动火作业审批手续的执行。
2. 文明施工管理：监督施工现场的场容场貌、材料堆放、垃圾处理、环境保护等工作，创造良好的安全生产环境。
五、应急与事故处理
1. 应急准备：参与项目生产安全事故应急救援预案的编制和演练。
2. 事故报告与处置：一旦发生生产安全事故，立即向项目负责人和公司安全部门报告，保护现场，积极参与抢救工作，并配合事故调查。
六、安全资料管理
负责安全生产过程记录、资料整理和归档工作。
