岗位职责：
1、开发和完善自动化脚本工具，实现操作规范标准化，提高工作效率。
2、参与研发效能平台的架构设计，前后端开发工作。
3、负责哪吒汽车座舱软件平台的自动化构建、持续集成、版本发布，保障每日构建和持续集成环境不断优化完善。
4、负责Gitlab、Gerrit、Jenkins、SonarQube、JIRA、Confluence等DevOps工具的管理和维护。
5、负责开发、测试等线上工具流程的制定、评审、实施与改进，提升开发交付速度、效能及质量。
6、为项目提供流程、工具方面的咨询、培训和支持。
7、参与并执行部门的配置管理规划、流程和策略。
岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，2年以上DevOps工作经验。
2、熟悉Linux环境、虚拟化、容器化等技术，熟悉流行的 DevOps 技术栈。
3、能熟练使用Python、Shell脚本完成自动化工具开发。
4、掌握Python、Golang编程语言，具备一定的开发能力，能熟练使用Flask、Django、MySQL、Redis等。
5、有基本的前端技能，了解基本的网页设计知识，如HTML、CSS、Javascript、JQuery。
6、有Vue.js、React、Angular至少其中一种的使用经验。
7、能独立搭建和运维Gitlab、Gerrit、Jenkins、SonarQube、JIRA、Confluence等工具。
8、具有自我驱动、创新和团队精神，乐于沟通和分享。
加分项：
1、3年以上全栈开发经验。
2、精通Python、Golang开发。
3、完整的个人项目(GitHub Repo)并在线部署运行。
4、从0到1设计并部署pipeline经验。
5、车端软件配置管理背景，熟悉Android系统编译原理。
