工作内容
1、记账与核算：负责记好行政方面的财务总账及各种明细账目；编制月、季、年终决算和其他方面有关报表。
2、会计凭证与账簿管理：
（1）负责审核原始凭证，对违反规定或不合格的凭证应拒绝入账，确保会计信息的真实性和合法性；
（2）负责会计凭证的汇总、账簿的登记，包括录入（编制）记账凭证，以及账簿的打印输出。
3、财务审核：
（1）审核资金收付凭证，编制转账凭证，进行账账、账实核对，确保资金的安全和合理使用；
（2）审核各部门准备的费用报告，处理收入、成本、资金等的核算。
4、资金管理：参与公司年度预算的制定、月度资金使用计划，并与实际执行情况进行对比分析，协助管理层合理安排资金，提高资金使用效率。
5、税务管理：负责公司税收的相关事宜，包括纳税申报、税款缴纳、税务筹划等，确保企业遵守税法规定。
6、成本管理：参与公司成本控制工作，协助制定和执行成本控制措施，提高经济效益。
7、档案管理：对会计凭证、账簿、报表、磁盘和有关文件制度等会计资料，定期分类装订立卷，妥善保管，并按规定移交档案室。
8、其他任务：完成财务部经理或其他上级领导临时布置的各项任务。
任职要求：
1、具备餐饮、商贸会计相关知识，能够独立处理财务事宜
2、优秀的沟通技巧，能够与客户建立稳定的合作关系
3、对工作细致认真，具有良好的职业操守和团队合作精神
4、有5年及以上商贸会计工作经验者优先
