岗位职责：
1.负责制定并实施冻库仓储物流部的整体工作计划和目标，确保计划的完成。
2.负责仓库的日常管理，包括货物的验收、入库、盘点、对账等工作，保证产品入库、出库、存货、发货、退货等日常工作顺畅进行。
3.对仓库的所有物资安全负责，做好仓库消防管理工作，确保仓库货品的安全。
4.合理规划仓库货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库空间的*大化使用。
5.协调仓储和运输工作的正常运转，及时沟通解决物流发货问题，确保货物运达的及时率和完整性，同时降低物流成本。
6.实时跟进仓储及配送各项业绩报表，作出指导和分析，优化仓储物流流程。
7.负责仓库团队的培训、管理及指导工作，建立高效的团队氛围与协作机制。
8.配合销售部门做好订单发货前的预测分析、异常处理等工作。
9.根据公司业务需求制定仓库的相关管理制度，并贯彻实施。
10.完成领导安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，物流、仓储、供应链类相关专业。
2.具有3年以上物流冷库仓储相关领域管理工作经验，有食材行业及供应链行业工作经历者优先。
3.熟悉冷链业务流程，熟悉相关质量管理体系，具备物流专业知识，能谈业务。
4.熟练掌握质量管理标准、质量检测标准，以及物流管理系统工具及方法。
5.具备较强的计划、组织、执行、协调和沟通能力，以及解决问题的能力。
6.有良好的责任感与创新意识，具备很强的责任感和事业心，以及较高的敏感度及判断能力。
7.人际关系良好，善于表达沟通，原则性强，有良好的职业道德和职业操守。
