1.参与公司大数据分析产品的开发和内部项目的研发，处理每日千万级别的有效业务数据；

2.负责解决复杂的技术问题，开发核心模块功能；

3.维护中间件，进行性能调优，解决技术问题，并进行技术分享；

4.负责线上服务器集群的维护，以及线上突发问题的快速解决；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；

2.至少3年的研发经验，有大型系统开发和架构搭建经验，能够进行模块级架构或接口设计；

3.精通Java Core，熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法；

4.熟练运用Spring全家桶以及常见的技术栈，包括但不限于Kafka、StarRocks、MongoDB、Elasticsearch、Redis等；

5.熟练使用代码管理工具（如Maven、Git、Bitbucket等）；

6.熟练使用缺陷管理和任务管理工具（如Jira、禅道、Teambition等）；

7.具备强烈的责任心，出色的问题分析能力，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够独立完成任务并有效控制项目进度。

加分项：

1.对Elasticsearch、MongoDB、StarRocks、MySQL等数据库有深入理解和实践经验；

2.有中间件维护和性能优化的经验；
