岗位职责：
1. 精通 Java 编程语言，负责游戏后台（GMT）的设计、开发、调试与性能优化，保障服务器端功能稳定、高效运行，支撑游戏业务正常流转；
2. 精通 Java 编程及 Java 服务器端开发，具备扎实的后端开发功底，能独立完成服务器端模块开发与 Android SDK 全流程接入工作；
3. 维护现有服务器端及 SDK 接入代码，持续优化代码结构与执行效率，修复线上问题，保障游戏稳定运营。
任职要求：
1. 热爱游戏，对游戏开发有浓厚兴趣，熟悉 MMORPG、卡牌、休闲竞技等主流游戏品类及核心玩法，有相关游戏深度体验者优先；
2. 3 年及以上游戏行业工作经验，具备游戏后台（GMT）或Android SDK 游戏接入实战经验者优先；
3. 精通使用Java进行Android程序开发，能独立完成游戏Android Sdk的全流程接入工作。
4. 熟悉 Object-C 编程语言及 iOS SDK 游戏接入流程者，为优先加分项；
5. 具备游戏逻辑开发能力，能快速理解并落地游戏策划需求，实现核心玩法与功能逻辑；
6. 诚信正直，责任心强，拥有良好的团队协作意识与高效的跨部门沟通能力，能适应游戏行业项目迭代节奏，具备较强的抗压能力与问题解决能力。
