岗位职责：
1、制定质量风险评估和管理计划，识别潜在的质量问题，提出并推进改进措施；
2、收集各部门的反馈和监控关键性能指标，推动质量管理体系的持续改进；
3、组织并制定项目质量管理体系中的相关SOPs和流程文件的组织制定、更新、执行和维护；
4、保持对*新法规变化的了解与掌握，并确保公司的临床试验活动始终遵守相关法律和指南；
5、组织公司被申办方的稽查及公司项目被监管机构的核查或者检查；
6、进行公司内部及外部公司的质量审计；外部包括供应商资质管理，不限于SMO, 中心实验室，药物管理，影像中心实验室等；
7、进行第三方稽查项目的报价并根据合同执行第三方稽查；
8、制定分配的项目稽查计划并组织实施，包括对临床试验文件、试验流程、临床试验用物资、试验现场等；
9、根据稽查计划实施稽查后，按时完成稽查报告，并跟进偏差纠正和预防措施的实施。
任职资格：
1. 熟练操作中英文操作系统及办公自动化软件的应用；
2. GCP和法规遵从：掌握临床试验相关的国内外法规和指南，如GCP原则、ICH指南、当地法规等。能够灵活应用到实际案例中；
3. 质量管理：掌握临床试验的质量管理流程，包括质量控制、质量保证、风险管理和持续改进。能够灵活应用到实际案例中；
4. 临床试验流程：掌握临床试验的设计、实施、监查、数据管理、统计分析和报告流程。能够在实际案例中发现流程的缺陷；
5. 能适应频繁出差，抗压能力强。
