2.负责所有物料比价、议价、核价、定价，建立价格档案。
3.负责供应商考核、评级、淘汰，建立合格供应商名录。
4.负责降本工作：年度/月度降价、替代物料、优化供应链。
5.对接图纸、技术要求，确认供应商加工能力。
6.协助处理重大质量异常、索赔、供应商整改。
7.不参与日常下单、催货、上门取货。
任职资格：
1.学历与专业：大专及以上学历，采购管理、供应链管理、机械制造等相关专业优先。
2.工作经验：2年以上制造业采购开发经验，熟悉机加工、五金、辅料等物料采购流程。
专业能力：
1.具备供应商开发、评估、管理及谈判能力，能独立完成降本目标。
2.熟悉机械加工图纸与技术要求，能判断供应商加工适配性。
3.熟练使用Excel、ERP系统（如SAP、用友等），能建立价格与供应商档案。
